How to Deposit (APP)

If you already hold digital assets on another trading platform or in a wallet, you can transfer them to your account by using the withdrawal function on the external platform and depositing to your unique address on this platform.

Cryptocurrency deposits are made via deposit addresses. Simply copy the address provided and paste it into the withdrawal interface of the sending platform to complete the transfer.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Open the app and go to the Assets page, then tap Deposit.

  2. Select the cryptocurrency and choose the appropriate network (chain type) for your deposit.

  3. A unique deposit address and QR code will be generated based on your selected network.

  4. Copy the address or scan the QR code, then paste it into the withdrawal section of your external wallet or platform to initiate the transfer.

Example: Depositing USDT

USDT deposits support multiple networks:

  • TRC20 (TRON)

  • ERC20 (Ethereum)

  • BEP20 (BNB Smart Chain)

  • Arbitrum (Ethereum Layer 2)

For example, if you select TRC20 as the deposit network, the displayed address and QR code correspond to your TRC20 deposit address. Use this on your withdrawal platform when sending USDT.

  1. Open the app and click the Deposit button on the Assets page.

  2. Choose the network you need for deposit under Chain Type.

    You will see that the USDT deposit feature supports three types of networks: TRC20, ERC20, BEP20 and Arbitrum.

    For example, if you choose the “TRC20” mainnet as your deposit network, the QR code and string correspond to your TRC20 address under your account.

    You can use the displayed QR code or manually copy the deposit address and paste it into the withdrawal platform.

Important Notes

  • Ensure that the network selected on the sending platform matches the network chosen for the deposit. Deposits sent via an incorrect network may be irretrievable.

  • All deposits are credited to your funding account by default. You can use the Transfer function to move assets to other accounts if needed.

  • Always double-check the deposit address and network compatibility before initiating a transfer.

  • Deposit arrival time and fees depend on the blockchain network used. Different networks may have varying confirmation speeds and costs.

  • If a deposit has not arrived, it may still be undergoing blockchain confirmation. Please allow some time for processing.

  • After a successful deposit, you can view the transaction record by going to the top right corner of the Assets page and tapping Deposit History.
