User Agreement

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “this Agreement”) is entered into between you (hereinafter referred to as “you” or “User”) and EasiCoin (hereinafter referred to as “the Platform”) and is legally binding.
This Agreement includes the main text, Privacy Policy, Anti-Money Laundering Rules, and other regulations, announcements, and statements published by the Platform from time to time.
Before using any services provided by the Platform, you should carefully read all terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part, do not access or use the Platform.
By clicking “Agree,” completing registration, logging into your account, or using the Platform’s services, you are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this Agreement.

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have full legal capacity, and are not subject to any sanctions list or regionally restricted jurisdictions.
You guarantee that the information you provide is true, accurate, complete, and updated in a timely manner. You bear full responsibility for the consequences of providing false information.
You agree not to use the Platform for any illegal, unauthorized, or harmful activities, including but not limited to: money laundering, fraud, illicit fundraising, market manipulation, or account breaches.
You acknowledge and accept that digital assets do not have legal tender status, and their price may fluctuate significantly. You assume all risks and results arising from your investment behavior.

During registration, you must provide a valid email address, phone number, identity documents, and other necessary information, and cooperate with the Platform for compliance checks.
Once registered, you will receive a unique account and login credentials. You are responsible for securely storing them and must not rent, lend, transfer, or authorize others to use your account.
All activities performed through your account are considered your own or authorized actions, and you are fully responsible.
If your account is compromised or unusual activity is detected, you should notify the Platform immediately and take steps to prevent further loss.

You agree that the Platform may send account management, product updates, and risk control information to you via email, SMS, or app notifications.
Once sent, these communications are deemed delivered. You are responsible for the consequences of failing to check them or due to communication errors.

You must use the services in a lawful manner and comply with all rules, guidelines, and fee schedules published by the Platform.
You are prohibited from actions that may harm the services or disrupt market order, including but not limited to:
- Using bots, high-frequency programs, or other automated tools;
- Multi-account arbitrage, wash trading, money laundering, or exploiting system loopholes;
- Spreading false information, impersonation, or data tampering.
If the Platform detects abnormal activity, violations, or receives valid reports, it may take the following actions without prior notice:
- Restrict account features (such as withdrawals or order placements);
- Freeze related accounts and suspicious assets;
- Cancel suspicious trades or deduct improperly obtained profits;
- Terminate accounts associated with the violations;
- Report relevant information to regulatory or judicial authorities.
The Platform reserves the right to investigate suspicious behavior and final interpretation. You agree to cooperate and accept the outcome.

Derivatives products are only available to users with relevant experience and risk tolerance. They carry high leverage, volatility, and risks.
Users are solely responsible for all gains and losses resulting from each trade. The Platform does not provide compensation or guarantees.
The Platform employs risk control mechanisms, including but not limited to:
- Real-time risk monitoring, forced liquidation, trade restrictions, or account suspension;
- If your risk metrics approach critical levels, your account may be set to “reduce-only” status;
- If a user is found to manipulate the market or act maliciously, the Platform reserves the right to deduct illegitimate gains according to trading rules.
When the “reduce-only” mode is activated, you may only close positions. The restriction will be lifted once your account returns to a safe status. The Platform is not responsible for any resulting losses, delays, or impact.

The Platform may revise this Agreement at any time based on operational, compliance, or security needs. Changes will be announced on the Platform. You must check regularly for updates.
If you disagree with any updates, stop using the services immediately. Continued use indicates acceptance of the new terms.
If you voluntarily request account cancellation or if the Platform terminates your account due to violations or risk concerns, all services and access will be revoked.

You understand that service stability is affected by various factors including network issues, third-party interruptions, maintenance, or policy changes. The Platform is not liable for service disruptions or resulting losses due to force majeure.
All trading behavior is your own responsibility. The Platform does not constitute investment advice and will not guarantee any profits or bear trading losses.

If disputes arise between you and the Platform, both parties should resolve them through friendly negotiation. If unresolved, the Platform reserves the right to submit to a competent authority.
This Agreement shall follow general commercial principles and fair interpretation. The Platform retains final interpretive authority. No jurisdiction is specifically stated.

Section titles are for convenience only and do not affect the legal interpretation of this Agreement.
If any clause is deemed invalid, the remaining clauses remain in effect.
Matters not covered in this Agreement will be supplemented by future Platform rules and documentation.
