Welcome to EasiCoin. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your access to and use of the services provided by EasiCoin, including our website, mobile application, API, and other products (collectively, the “Platform” or “Services”). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services.

We do not participate in or guarantee any transactions conducted between users, nor do we provide assurances regarding the pricing, liquidity, or availability of digital assets.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or suspend any part of the Services at any time without prior notice.

3. Account Registration & Eligibility

3.1 You must complete identity verification and provide accurate, truthful, and complete information.

3.2 You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to use the Services.

3.3 You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Services complies with local laws. If you reside in a jurisdiction that prohibits digital asset services, you may not access or use EasiCoin.

3.4 EasiCoin reserves the right to deny registration, suspend accounts, or restrict services at its sole discretion.

4. User Obligations and Conduct

5.2 EasiCoin makes no guarantees regarding asset values, returns, or profitability.

5.3 You acknowledge and accept the potential for partial or total loss, and agree to trade within your personal financial limits.

5.4 EasiCoin is not liable for losses resulting from system errors, third-party service failures, or force majeure.

6. Platform Rights

6.1 We may modify, restrict, or terminate any service or feature at any time.

6.2 We may suspend, freeze, or close accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

6.3 In cases of pricing anomalies or suspicious activity, we may cancel trades or adjust records.

6.4 We may verify user identity and impose trading limits to comply with applicable regulations.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All platform content, including but not limited to layout, source code, interface, trademarks, and materials, is owned by EasiCoin and protected by intellectual property laws.

7.2 By posting content on the Platform, you grant EasiCoin a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content.

7.3 Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership or license rights in our intellectual property.

8. Data Protection and Privacy
