Spot Trading Fee Calculation Explanation

Buy Fee = Buy transaction volume × Fee rate

Sell Fee = Sell price × Sell transaction volume × Fee rate

Example – BTC/USDT

• Buy Direction: Buying BTC and selling USDT

  → Fee is charged in BTC

• Sell Direction: Selling BTC and buying USDT

  → Fee is charged in USDT

⚠️ Note: Fees are charged only after a trade is successfully executed. No fees are applied to unfilled (pending) orders.

Scenario:

You place a Limit Order (Maker) to buy 1 BTC in the BTC/USDT pair.

Fee Calculation:

Buy Fee = 1 BTC × 0.1% = 0.001 BTC

Scenario:

You place a Market Order (Taker) to sell 1 ETH in the ETH/USDT pair at a price of 4,000 USDT.

Fee Calculation:

Sell Fee = 4,000 USDT × 1 ETH × 0.1% = 4 USDT
