EasiCoin will generate a transaction hash (TXID) within 10 to 15 minutes. Once you see the transaction hash in your withdrawal record, this means that EasiCoin has successfully completed the transfer and sent the funds to the blockchain.

Depending on the characteristics of each blockchain, the time required for a transaction to be confirmed and processed by the receiving platform may vary. The number of confirmations needed for each blockchain also differs, and different platforms may have varying requirements for the number of confirmations. Additionally, blockchain congestion due to high transaction volume can sometimes delay the transfer’s processing time. You can track the status of your transfer using the transaction ID (TXID) in the blockchain.

  • Unconfirmed Status: If the blockchain shows "Unconfirmed," please be patient until the confirmation process is completed.

  • Confirmed but Funds Not Received: If the blockchain shows "Confirmed," but you still haven’t received the funds, and EasiCoin has already completed the transfer, please contact the receiving platform's customer service for further assistance.

You can check the progress of your withdrawal by logging into the blockchain explorer of the respective network and entering the TXID to view the transaction status.
