Cryptocurrency transfers occur in three stages: system review → block confirmation → receiving platform credit.

EasiCoin will generate a transaction hash (TXID) within 10 to 15 minutes. Once you see the transaction hash in your withdrawal record, this means that EasiCoin has successfully completed the transfer and sent the funds to the blockchain.

Depending on the characteristics of each blockchain, the time required for a transaction to be confirmed and processed by the receiving platform may vary. The number of confirmations needed for each blockchain can differ, and each platform may have its own confirmation requirements. Blockchain congestion, due to a high volume of transactions, can sometimes delay the transfer’s processing time. You can track the status of your transfer using the transaction ID (TXID) on the blockchain.

  • Unconfirmed Status: If the blockchain shows "Unconfirmed," please be patient until the confirmation process is complete.

  • Confirmed but Funds Not Received: If the blockchain shows "Confirmed" but you still haven’t received the funds, and EasiCoin has already completed the transfer, we are unable to provide further assistance. In this case, please contact the receiving platform’s customer service for further support.
