How to Resolve Deposit Errors

If you encounter issues with deposit errors, please follow the steps below:
1. Depositing to a Non-EasiCoin Address
If you have deposited funds to a non-EasiCoin address, unfortunately, EasiCoin will not be able to retrieve the funds.
2. Deposit Amount Less Than Minimum Deposit
If your deposit amount is less than the minimum deposit requirement, EasiCoin will be unable to credit your account.
3. Depositing Coin A to EasiCoin's Coin B Address
For example, if you deposit BTC to EasiCoin’s BSC address, please provide your UID, the deposited coin type, the deposit amount, the deposit address, the blockchain transaction ID, and a detailed description of the issue to our customer service email.
4. Depositing a Non-EasiCoin Supported Coin
If you deposit a coin that is not supported by EasiCoin, please contact online customer support for assistance. We will submit the issue to the wallet technical team for recovery.
Please note that resolving such issues may require significant manpower and time. Therefore, the processing time is usually longer and may take at least one week. We appreciate your patience.
